I can not get into the game I am ayonkazkatamaz , open game and is open page terms of use as soon as I click it freezes. !Can you fix it?!

today open game and restart tutorial and i lost my account

I replied to the mail because the address sent to me does not work and crashes but from newsground seems to work well but I do not have my base it starts me from the beginning

i lost my account 9 january 2019

I can not get into the game I am HQ lvl 6 called Gork but when I try to get the daily loot I cannot go into the game can someone help me please because I've spent a lot of time here and don't want to start fresh. I just have spent so many hours in this and don't want to loose them.
