I gave this a five because it was well thought out and effectively executed. I really enjoyed the animation when it got going. The action was AWESOME! One note to the writer President Zen -- there is no point starting where you did. You need to start where the action begins with the vikings. I talked to a sci-fi writing agent who works with Orbitz you need to start with tension that will draw the audience in. I almost gave up on this animation as they were driving into town, because the build up didn't work.
To be honest I hoped for something funny including vikings when they were still in car outside of the town, later on SWAT or something to come and shoot them like zombies they are shown like at the beginning of animation. Then there's mass murder, still hoping for something cool to happen. Hey! A fat cook can murder few vikings. Maybe now? Nope. Animation ends.
Took forever before something, the lines are bland and boring, the transition between each scene feels too long before it occur. I like the art style though, reminds me of good ol' Zeebarf.
everything looks really good but what is it about? why are there Vikings in a 1980's Kansas looking diner? it says uncensored but where is the rape? they took over a freaking town. at least 2-4 Vikings should have been managing a group of women. I/m also confused why we needed such a long opener if the suburban family wasn't even the main focal point. there was even room for some gay humor. it shows the 2 guys having sex in public. the Vikings could have pulled the girls away and butt funned the guys. I feel that the chef should have thrown his meat cleavers at the ninja and killed him. the ninja had a good run but it would also save time during episode 2 not to give the ninja another also unnecessary long intro/scene. we didn't even get to see the chief in action. in my honest opinion if it wasn't for the art this would be just as bland as a madness series episode with a severe lack of doors.
