This was awesome, it was very VERY very satisfying to watch the choregraphy of that black viking were so neat, I hope we'll have more of this. What can I add.. fantastic.
Reviews for "Vikings of the Interstate (Pilot)"
Quite liked the animation. Smooth, nice details and good speed/power in fights. However I find 2 things somewhat jarring .
1: you voice the family who are just there as a sort of set-dressing, but none of the supposed viking characters. Surely if you were going to just voice some people, it should be the ones who will stick around for episodes in the future?
2: The ninja-viking. The single character with the most screen-time is not a viking in any sense, not even a faux-realistic sense. If you want to make a story about ninja people who wreck stuff, why not do that rather than viking? The fact he is literally a ninja with furry boots constantly took me out of the immersion and made the combat and everything else just seem off.
Others may of course disagree with me on that and find it awesome, but that is my 2 cents either way. =)
Animation could be better but otherwise great show.
I love this. Very original and I want to see more!
Oh, and you should really get a bunch of Danish or Norwegian voice actors for them Vikings ^^
