As fascism rises again all over the world, it's important to play this game once in a while and learn to recognise the signs of a would-be tyrant.

-the key to victory is keeping your people happy enough to accomplish your goals, and the best way to do that when you're first starting is scheduling regular Cultural Exchange with Nation #1.
-the very first thing you need to do is acquire more income so you get more and more wealth each month, so find all the different ways to improve your monthly income.
-adopt your villainous laws starting out with ones that are free to take and don't subtract from your budget, so that you can work on getting that happiness back up at the same time you're making more money to adopt more laws.
-choose your wars carefully... you might not need to go to war at all, but the people will accept your laws a lot easier when you have the excuse of a war.
