Well, I removed it whether it's his or not. It has copyrighted samples from SpongeBob (I even remember the episode which the quotes came from). His other one took a bit of digging but I found it with the same name uploaded on Newgrounds by another artist.

May I have a mod help me with the legitimacy of this track? I can't help but feel that not much was done... the track is a remix Toni Ley's One Foot On The Other Side. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxmTAcumG90) The only real difference is around the 1:03 mark. The rest just sounds as if it was just pitch shifted from the original.

I'm afraid it isn't allowed. I hate banning people for something as small as using a copyrighted sample non-commercially, when there are so many tracks on here that are outright stolen, but at the moment we're very strict on copyright, at least until the changes to how the Audio Portal handles licensing are implemented.

I played a few old levels with skrillex music; but now they're unfeatured AND the song is undownloadable! I checked; it stays true as long as the song isn't on newgrounds anymore.
