Howdy everybody! I went by the handle Phobotech here for two decades, recently changing my username to reflect my new last name after I got married.
I've been a professional voice talent since the mid-90's, starting as a child voice actor represented through Kim Dawson Talent Agency in Dallas, Texas. There, I auditioned and performed paid industrial spots in radio commercials. Clients included Prestige Subaru, Cinemark IMAX Theaters, McDonalds, Converse Shoes, and YMCA. In addition, I also broke into character acting as background NPC's in the 2000 Game of the Year Deus Ex.
After focusing on school, and dropping out of college to caretake family, I practiced animation here on Newgrounds, and that lead to networking opportunities into the animation industry. From Explosm Studios, I became a professional pre-production animator, and resumed voicework on The Cyanide & Happiness Show from 2015 to the present day. My IMDB page began to fill, I found new representation with Linda McAlister Talent Agency, and picked up the momentum in auditioning again.
This has lead to new opportunities in character acting as I gained selection to perform roles in video games like SMITE and numerous bit roles for Crunchyroll that have only accelerated. I've recently gained returning roles through One Piece and bit roles in various animes including Black Summoner, and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury.
