could use some touch ups
the basic idea is great. what you need though is to make phil's voice a couple of octave's higher, but have him get that type of voice when ever he's talking to the patrents of hell, like he's this little squeaky guy, but whenevr he goes to torture someone he gets this deep dark evil voice. umm.. what else, hmm... oh yeah, make it a more look into phils personal life, like his family values and like his wife and kids. have them eating tv dinners or something oddly normal like that. all in all it has great potential, looks like you might have a hit, just add some more comedy
Has potential, needs work
I realize I'm saying pretty much what everyone else is saying, but here goes. The lip syncing was very off, the sfx were too loud compared to the voice (my fault, I should have raised the volume for Phil's lines) and there wasn't much story. But, trial and error. I think the basic concept has potential, but you need to work on your concept. Such as, the thing about a demon who's job it is to torture the damned is good, but maybe from a different angle. I suppose almost like a "Monters Inc" angle, showing that the life of these things we fear from their point of view. Showing that it is like our everyday life...just not so everyday. I don't know what I am trying to say exactly. If you need my help coming up with a concept for a series, I believe you still have my email, I'd be glad to help out. Mostly work on that, maybe touch up the art a bit. Other than that, I'll just up the volume on my lines next time.

It is already frustrating hearing how people bash it for its content over and over and make no useful comment, but i already know what i will do next, this was an introduction to something else, and besides remember that it had more content, i worked with what i had and thats what i got, and to be honest, im proud of it, got Daily Feature and no matter how low people vote they cant take it away, front page's come and go, this is something that lasts, besides im having help for the script next time, so it wont be long till you get a mail from me asking you to voice act him again
P.S. The LipSynching was a PAIN IN THE ASS!!
Weird
I just hated the ending. The artist could have done more but he just half assed it. Also I liked the trial part , thats the first that I've heard of that veriation.
interesting
I like this animation. Its cute and yet so evil XD. There was nothing that was noticably bad about this, just nothing that will make me remember this in a few weeks. An above average animation.
