I HATE the control schemes, all of them!! WASD should be movement, and IJKL/Space should be actions! Like an game emulator. Yeah, I get it--- I was made in 72 hours, excellent work... but I am a console peasant.
Besides that fantastic sounds and visuals. Relating to Metal Slug and Gunstar Heroes, it was addicting from the start, but too short and missing a plot. I hope for a sequel!
This is easily the best game for this Ludum Dare and probably the best thing I've looked at all day. It just has such great graphics. The music is amazing too. My only complaint is that it is a little slow. It's still great to have a game with so much energy. I love all the different weapons too.
The sprite work is impeccable. I wish there were more games like this. I was afraid it would be too short. Instead, the length was perfect! Thank you for this awesome game!
Huh. Its fun and difficult in a good way, my only complaint is that you cant jump over the wrecking balls, and theyre almost impossible to dodge, and the cannon enemy is a bit too hard to dodge as well and shoots a bit too frequently (just suggestions)
