Cool idea - naturally, I gave them all the wrong medication since they're all gonna die in a few days anyway. They didn't complain
Honestly I love the idea, I noticed some people were confused that it ended on day 1. Well for me, the patient in room 3 was never there, hint when the discription said "One out of the 5 NPCs will die". Notice how when the game ends the screen becomes white? You're the one who died. Honestly I love it, very well done game and concept for being made in 72 hours!
