I've added this to a ticket with whimsical-wife's similar report. both Chrome on Android. Do you know if Chrome updated recently? Wondering if a Chrome update could have started it or if an NG update started it.

We have another running issue with Android where the far right of the layout would get cropped off for some people, had you ever experienced that?

If a lossless WebP is smaller than the source GIF, we serve the image as a lossless WebP. We might add a button to download the source image but we'll probably have to make that a project option because some artists don't want their art to be downloaded.

This isn't ideal if you download A LOT of art but one workaround is to copy or save the WebP, open it in https://www.photopea.com/ and export it as a gif or PNG.

I was able to upload it from my end. What browser and OS are you using when uploading? Also does your internet connection give you any trouble elsewhere or is it a pretty good connection overall?

I saw this happen yesterday too with the same person, though I didn't take a screenshot at the time. Figured it just meant they'd deleted their account and I wouldn't see them again unless they made a new one.
