This isnt a bad game....
Its just reaaaaallly easy after you get done with the first few quests. I was able to beat Bahutmus without a problem. Black mage is VERY OP. But you have to get a magic increasing hat or weapon as i had. Magician hat and Magic mace of winds makes you win easily. At level 32 you should have ice, fire, or thunder 2 high enough 2 hit 99K dmg if your lucky
The music is annoying after a while though....... Glad theres an option for it
I like it, but it's hardly addicting
Lets start with the good points of this game:
. A semi-wide variety of character choices
. There doesn't seem to be any bugs that ruin the game, if any at all.
. The combat is solid, neither too easy nor too hard (In the beginning anyways)
Now for the cons:
. Not really a deal-breaker here, but it seems that even with run on, the main
character moves a little slow. Not really a problem
. The story is really lacking, kind of hard to understand, and all that jazz.
Luckily, this game isn't really about that (I believe), it's about having fun.
. The grammar is deplorable. It didn't really bother me all that much, but a
little good grammar can go a long way into making it enjoyable. If it was
slang, I could understand, but it's just plain misspelling and poor structure.
Other things:
. I've tried all the classes at least a little bit, and they all seem to start out
exactly the same, but with a random spell given out. The whole point of
having a large amount of choices is to also have a large amount of variety.
. The lack of any direction in this game gives me the feeling of playing the
original Final Fantasy without a walkthrough. Kind of a mixed bag, but a
nostalgic feeling nonetheless.
. Lvl 99 is NOT the maximum level, I don't know what it is, but I'm lvl 100 and it
looks like you can go further, and I didn't feel like it.
. This has the most spastic damaging system I've ever seen. At the same level
you can deal as much as 2,000,000 and as little as 75,000 damage with the same
action.
Final Verdict: A good Junior effort (As a Sophmore effort is a bands second album). I haven't played the previous two, nor do I plan to, but I doubt they're better than this one. More diversity, a clear story, and a more balanced damaging system would make this series' 4th installment one worthy of praise. I can't wait.
Classic RPG
Its a decent game.A walkthrough would be nice.Having trouble finding the prince etc.Uprading and lvl is a bit lengthy.Overall a fun classic rpg.
Good until final boss
It takes WAY too much grinding to kill the evil emporer.

It's about time this came out. Still good though. It was worth waiting for.
