As Nijsse suggested during a discussion in a medal points list thread, I will continue to post here the info about games with broken medals belonging to one of 5 categories proposed by me:
1) A connection between the game and the Newgrounds medals' system is broken;
2) The game itself is broken, currently unplayable, although the medals still exist;
3) The games that were removed by the Moderation Team but the medals still exist on members' medal walls and
4) games that have been removed by the author;
5) The author is unwilling to fix the medals.

After beating the super duper laggy stage with a shytton of small meteors, the game just straight-up freezes or something. Given how badly the game was made, I can't tell if it's a legitimate end screen or not.

What's currently going on with this 69 issue? When it comes to older games it makes hard to determine whether the medals are broken.

Turns out that was the end. It just goes back to the "play game" screen after a while, and it loads up an NG high score table with the error message.

Replaying the game and beating it causes an in-game NG ad loader to appear, which takes you to the "play game" screen.

And no medal. Hooray?

This game could use some more testing by you guys. I tested on an alt and the medals seem to be working fine, but I know at least the first two medals are glitchy (I still haven't been able to unlock the "Mook Muchies" medal on this account), so it'd be useful if more of you could test to see if the later medals are also just as glitchy.

I checked Fooliolo's method and it worked on both 50 Mooks and the first level medals. I wonder if the browser can make a difference? Earlier I played on Frefox, this time on Chrome and additionally on its incognito mode. I have to do it like this because I'm experiencing weird behavior of my computer: when I click on a medal below the game on the normal mode of Firefox the computer sometimes freezes.

I have finished the game multiple times now and didn't get the medals for it. The medal dialogue triggers in the game though. I have tried it with Firefox and Chrome. There is also the problem that Firefox sometimes freezes directly before the medal is shown in the game. Since I can see that there are constantly people unlocking every of the medal I wonder what I can do to finally be awarded with them.

Check this one, it is rather impossible that nobody unlocked a single medal from this game for almost two years, therefore they must be broken:

The author seems to have made the medals from that game unavailable. The medals are still in the system and if those medals have previously been achieved, the points will still add up to your total. If later they go back in business, people who have previously gotten the medal will still have it.

Many people were complaining in their reviews about the medals not working for this game, I also couldn't unlock any of them:
