speaking of reviews, i'm going to a Smackdown House show called "Up close and un-censored" tomarrow. I severly doubt it will be totaly un-censored, but I'm gonna try and record what happens and post it here. From matches, promos, crowd reactions, anything I can jot down. I just hope I can get through security with a pen and paper. People are paranoid these days.

Yay we get to have another Raw Review from Rook later! I'm looking forward to the cage match. I also just read that they are trying out the idae of Dreamer being a heel at house shows, so he may become one on TV. Better Chracter development may lead to a push for Dreamer so lets keep our fingers crossed.

For those of you who watched Raw last nignt and saw Spike miss the table and get his head smashed, so far the word is that he is ok. That was one hell of a nasty bump.

Why oh why are they putting yet another Test vs. Scott match again on a PPV? Didn't they realize it sucked the first two times? Damnit the angle is old and uninteresting move on. And again they don't have Christian or jericho in a PPv match yet. I think a rematch between those two would be a great PPV match-up.

RVD vs. Kane - how is it possible that you can put an athlete of Van Dam's calibre in a steel cage with a "monster" like Kane and have a shitty match? I expected great things out of this, but it dangerously below par. I mean, the whole match consisted of Kane slamming RVD into a wall. It was weak at best...
Eric Bischoff Tirade - I agree with every single word that Bischoff said. I'm really getting sick of the current announcing team. I mean, JR is ok, but Lawler sucks. And I'm sick of these three phrases: "Puppies" "Slobberknocker" and "Stain on the Underwear of Life." To hell with that. I want an announcing team more like Michael Cole and Tazz. Smackdown has cool announcers, why can't RAW?
Lance Storm vs. Rico - What does it say about RAW when an RVD/Kane Cage Match sucks, and its followed by an outstanding match with two midcard wrestlers. I loved this match, and I prclaim Lance Storm the pimpin'est wrestler on either brand.
Women's Match - I turned off the TV when this came on. But I bet it sucked. Much like Gail Kim probably did in the locker room. I wish i was Eric Bischoff...
Idiot Stone Cold Segment - too much to say. Where do I start? First off, nice podium, douchebag. What was it made of, cardboard? Christian runs his mouth a little, but it was cool to see Jericho just come out with no taunts, no mind games, just asskicking. But it left me confused. Should I consider Y2J a face or a heel? Cuz even after beaten up Christian, he still told off Stone Cold. And as for Stone Cold...fuck you. Jericho pats his back and gets a stunner? You stupid fuck. How is a good natured pat on the back a physical threat? Doucheplug... Also this retarded segment proved that 95% of WWE viewers are brainless idiots who only like what people tell them to like. How else do you explain the fact that when Christian got his ass kicked, we hear the "Y2J" chant, then when he talks to Austin, we hear the "Asshole" chant, followed be tremendous cheers for the stunner? Dudleys, Hurricane and Rosey vs. La Resistance, Rob Conway, Rodney Mack and Mark Henry - this started out cool, but all the wrestlers were too damn sloppy. I Thought for sure that Mark Henry broke his leg or something at one point, and the smack Spike Dudley took...nasty. I hope that was all staged, cause if not, i think its disgusting that they didn't end the match immediately, moreso since they showed Spike bust his head about four times.
Scott Steiner vs. Stevie Richards - hated it because it was a thinnly veiled excuse to have ANOTHER Steiner vs. Test match for Stacy Keibler. Richards deserves better matches. Oh, and to the WWE writers...WRITE MORE ORIGINAL MATCHES, YOU UNTALENTED FUCKS!
Evolution vs Goldberg - How were these surprise partners? Anyway, its always cool to see Evolution bust people up, but it wasn't a really good ending. It was ok, but not great.

I agree with ya on many points. The only real difference was I didn't turn the tv off during the womens match...Thank god for GameBoy..I honsetly don't want to see another test vs. steiner match, it's been far overdone and furthermore sucked the last few times. well King is a legend in wrestling. He was the wrestler who pile-drove Andy Kaufman, if you know who that was or saw the movie Man on the Moon. He's been in the buisness a long time. The JR and King combo is a great commentator team, but of course they are both getting old and so it may be that time to replace them, but Raw's commentary will suck for a little while until the new people, whether it be Coach and Snow, become just as good.
